This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation, leadership style, work environment, and perceptions job opportunities on employee turnover intention at PT. Valbury Asia Futures Semarang. The population used in this were all employees working Semarang sample is 70 employees. non-probability sampling technique research methods with saturated method (census). Data analysis SPSS 24 program. data was multiple linear regression analysis. results discussion show that variable Compensation has a partial negative Turnover Intention, Leadership Style Work Environment Perception Opportunities positive Intention
